Giveaway From Apothica!



Apothica.com wants to give one of my amazing readers (yes it could be you!) a $25 Gift Card to their website you can purchase anything you want! How wonderful  is that! Apothica carries so many awesome Nail Polish  brands like Deborah Lippmann, Essie, Paul & Joe and some Barielle treatments along with lots of  Makeup brands such as Stila, TooFaced, Cargo,  Smashbox and many more... This giveaway is scheduled to run from Dec. 15th, 12:00am EST - Dec. 29th, 11:59pm EST.  The contest is open to all Nails Beautiqued blog followers.  So,  if you want a chance to win, but are currently not a follower please do so by clicking on the follow button on the right.

Rules:

1. You must be a follower of Nails beautiqued. Please state how you follow the blog, and provide an email address in your comment. 1 point.

What the Winner of the Apothica Giveaway Needs to Know

1) Apothica will contact the winner to verify information is correct

2) After verification, Apothica will email the code for the gift card to be used at SkinCareRx.com, Apothica.com, and SkinBotanica.com

3) The contest is open internationally, but Apothica does not ship to all countries.

1) Once the winner has been chosen, I will contact you and will need to get your Name, Phone Number, Shipping Address and Email Address.

2) I will provide Apothica with the winner's contact information

3) Apothica will then contact the winner to verify information is correct

4) After verification, Apothica will email the code for the gift card to be used at SkinCareRx.com, Apothica.com, and SkinBotanica.com
