Konad Stamp M57

Good Morning it's Friday,

I promised myself that I was going to start working with my konad kit.  So, I pulled out plate M57.  It took several tries, it turned out okay but then I tried to get alittle artsy when I should have used my dotting tool. I just free hand the dots with the tip end of LA Colors Art Deco nailart lacquers.  Please don't laugh. Lol!  I'm laughing at myself.  What kind of dots are these. Ha, Ha.

China Glaze Mrs. Claus.  The stamp is a leopard print. Used konad special polish in white and LA Colors Art Deco nailart lacquers black and silver for the dots.

Next time I will pull out my trusty dotting tool *-*

Until next time please have a great nail polish day. (✿◠‿◠) Share/Bookmark

China Glaze "In the Mood Collection Chart

Look at this list,  interesting isn't it.  It's china Glaze "In the Mood Collection.  A collection of mood changing polishes.  I don't know the launch date of these.  I found a few at a dusty.

These are the ones I own.  So far I used CGMP28 glitter day glow rust to yellow.  My picture makes it look red but its really an orangy rust color.  It does change colors.  I like it because it makes it look like gradient nails.

Which ones do you own?

I'll keep this chart over to my left side bar under "useful links" if you want to check for future use.

Until next time please have a great nail polish day. (✿◠‿◠) Share/Bookmark

I Spy....Essie, guess where!

During my early morning run as I stroll the Isles at Walmart guess what I saw! Right there on the endcap. Essie Walmart Exclusives Since Loreal bought Essie they must thought it was a good idea to put them in a big box store.

I don't know what to think.  The bottles are some what the same these have the name in "white" in front of bottles and still have the name engraved on sides of bottles.

The colors could be dupes to the originals or other brands.  idk

The second row from the top the one far to the right looks like a dupe to RBL's Diddy Mow

Look a set for Funky French mani's

There are lots of colors to choose from. I wonder is the formula on these the same? What about the price tag, too much for Walmart $7.75??  Will you be purchasing them? What are your thoughts!

Until next time please have a great nail polish day. (✿◠‿◠) Share/Bookmark

BB Couture Erotic Night

During the cold winter month's I love burgundy's, purple deep plums.  Not only in nail polish, clothing eyeshadows and lipsticks too.  What I'm wearing today is BB Couture's Erotic Night.  It's a blacken plum.  What I also love about it, it's a jelly!  BB Couture has the most fascinating jellies ever.

Some friends decided to have a swap party.  Everybody brought their items anything from around the house you didn't want.  Once everyone arrived just grab items from someone else's pile. You know another mans junk is someones else's treasure. What a great way to get some cleaning done.  I wasn't able to attend.  My daughter picked up a  *pin* for me. She said my name was written all over it.

nail file, cuticle pusher (I think) or orange stick, scissors, nailpolish bottle. Isn't it cute *-* I know my fingers look weird I had a hard time positioning the pin. Lol!

Until next time please have a great nail polish day. (✿◠‿◠) Share/Bookmark

China Glaze 'Tis The Season To Be Naughty and Nice Collection 2010'...Swatches Review

Here is China Glaze ‘Tis the Season To Be Naughty and Nice collection 2010. I know I'm late, but who wouldn't want to see this huge amazing collection again.  Here we go:

Snow: White creme, exactly like the name says it. Very opaque, used 2 coats.  I thought it would be a streaky mess, but it applied well.
.
Party Hearty:  Clear base with red, green and gold glitter. Oh My! How I love this glitter and only needed 1 coat over snow.  I only did my thumb with party heart used 2 coats could have used another coat to make it more opaque.

Peace on Earth: Olive green shimmer,  Love the name and pray for it everyday!  Looks like a close dupe of China Glazes Cat eye from pictures I've seen.

Jingle Bells: Gold shimmer frost, it's a soft neutral gold used 2 coats

Frosty: White snowy frosty finish, Used 2 coats visible nail line showing, but not in a bad way.  I like it!

Midnight Kisses: A gold foil, super shiny, I love it.  Used 2 coats

Midnight Express with Cheers to you as a funky french

Cheers to you: Silver foil, so shiny and beautiful. The first coat was opaque for me, but I applied 2 coats.

Cheers to you with Midnight Express as a funky french

Phat Santa:  Deep red jelly, it makes me think of a candy apple, you know the best part the *candy*.  This is my favorite red ever.  (I'm liking reds now)  Yay!

Sugar Plums: A lovely burgundy plum shimmer with a light holographic finish.  Could be baby sister to the very hard to find China Glaze Crystal Ball. Used 2 coats.

Naughty and Nice: A very deep deep dark plum. Almost black, but it's obvious a plum color.  It's super shiny and used 2 coats.

Jolly Holly: A deep evergreen  shimmer. Makes me think of the forest.  Used 2 coats.

Party Hearty layered over Jolly Holly

Ruby Deer: Jelly red lighter in color then Phat Santa.  So vibrant and beautiful.  Used 2 coats.

Mommy Kissing Santa: A blacken velvet red shimmer.  It's lit from within, so beautiful. Used 2 coats.

Little Drummer Boy: A deep blue shimmer.  It's a unique blacken blue to my collection. Loves it! Used 2 coats.

Mistletoe Kisses: A silver/green glitter, packed full of glitter.  Not bumpy at all. It's smooth to the touch. Used 2 coats.

Mrs. Claus: A tinted red base with red/silver glitter.  Need 3 coats to cover well.  I think it would be better to layer it with a base and would only need 2 coats.  Again, this glitter was smooth to the touch not bumpy.

Overall, I didn't have any problems with any of these. Nice smooth formula.  Most needed 2 coats except Mrs. Claus. she needed 3 coats.  Which is not a biggie just layer it first with a red creme.  I like the whole collection it's a nice variety.  I really love the gold and silver foils they really impressed me.  So, if you don't have this collection yet go get it at least purchase a few of them.
