Even though I live in sunny Florida I'm ready for autumn. Of course I have to look at pictures to see the beautiful autumn scenes of colored leaves. Sally Hansens New Lengths Amber Beads Creme, it's a beautiful rusty brown with golden shimmer. It applied wonderfully in 2 coats.☺
You can see the golden shimmer here
I just had to mimic the autumn scene using the cling wrap technique. I want to thank whomever discovered this method. It was super easy to do and I will be doing it again.

I love the shimmer in the green

Green: China Glaze Paper Chasing
Topcoat: Seche Vite
I'm so happy with my autumn scene mani, I was thinking about stamping some leaves over it. Should I? I bought SH NL Amber Beads Creme a few years ago at Dollar Tree. It's still available on ebay.
Until next time please have a great nail polish day. (✿◠‿◠)

Wow, absolutely love it, gorgeous color combo!
ReplyDeleteThis is beautiful! I can't wait until the leaves change here in Ohio.
ReplyDeleteThis is very pretty! I don't think you should stamp over it! Look fine the way it is!
ReplyDeleteWow, perfect fall manicure! I sometimes have those days too! There are days when no matter how neat I try to be, my manicures turn out a mess and then I fall behind on posts!
ReplyDeleteI have a lot of those days with no inspiration!! I love this mani! Great job Rhonda :)
ReplyDeleteThis is absolutely gorgeous! And Amber Beads Creme is amazing, as a vintage Sally Hansen collector this is for sure going on my wishlist =)
ReplyDeleteI think the most I have done in one day and removed in one day is five manicures. Some days things just seem like a good idea and do not turn out to be. By the end of that session I just painted my nails black.
ReplyDeleteThis turned out gorgeous! Don't ever quit blogging, you are super talented :-)
ReplyDeleteI love cling wrap nails. They're almost effortless and leave an awesome effect. I've been meaning to try it with some fall colors, but I didn't know what to use. This combo is gorgeous! I live in Utah so the mountains will be changing any day now, I think you did a great job capturing the colors of fall. <3
ReplyDeleteOoh this looks great!! I understand your plight, plus with studying it can be hard for me to get posting in, but you manage to make it work!
ReplyDeleteI also don't get fall season where I live. Hard on me as I lived in VT for about 10 yrs where fall was on full display - we judged fall good or bad based on the # of reds seen in the leaf change - more red equaled a good yr. Now days to find color change I need to turn over a pile of duff or pick up the leaves that fall off of an evergreen. But I cannot complain - I live where there are CA Redwoods and they are gorg. But I do love fall colors for polish/fashion...just not much time to wear them. Once fall hits its only about 2-3 weeks and then it's really cool to cold and out comes the polar fleece. This is a lovely shade - I have not tried anything from this SH line. Recall seeing those colored tops but not anything that I ever picked up. I ignored SH until started to read blogs and was pushed to pick up a SH Complete Manicure polish - loved the cream formula and loved that odd brush that folks either love or hate it seems. Cling wrap manis are fun - one of the easy to do nail arts that takes no real talent - right up my ally! Keep blogging!
ReplyDeleteLadies thanks for the encouraging words. It's nice to hear you enjoy my little blog and my inspirations :)
