Look Book | Buttons and Frills

Hi Guys,  I have a simple design for you today.  It put me in the mind of a soft blanket with frills and  a button down sweater.   My base polish is Sally Hanson Salon Manicure Sheer Ecstasy . It's a soft look.

I used a striper to draw on some white lines then added on the black dots with a dotter.
