My first impression was the packaging. I am such a sucker for well thought out packaging. Look at this adorable wrapper. It's not bubble wrap but it's very secure.
Now let's take a look at the polishes...
Green Gables (Green Gables Collection), is a lovely grass green linear holo. The formula is great has a nice consistency. It covered well with 2 coats but I used 3 thin coats.
If It Pleases You (Good Parts Collection), a dark plum brown linear holo. The formula is great. It's amazing and it put me in the mind of OPI My Private Jet except MPJ is a straight up brown holo with no plum undertones. I used 3 thin coats.
Lake Of Shining Waters (Green Gables Collection), murky green teal linear holo. Such a stunning color. The formula is great flows nicely I used 2 coats for this one.
Laters Baby, (The Good Parts Collection), a charcoal brown linear sparkle holo. It too has a nice formula and boy does it sparkle. Here I used 2 coats.
Pan Galactic Gargle Balaster, a teal blue sparkle holo looks like a carribean ocean. My camera hated this polish but guys it's gorgeous, it's bold and sparkly and I could stare at it all day. I used 3 thin coats.
I used a base coat on all the swatches but did not apply any top coat. And of course these look way better out in full sun. Amy did a terrific job in mixing these they are so easy to apply. If you are a holo lover then you need to add these to your collection.
Literary Lacquer can be purchased on Etsy for $10 each and if you want to keep up with new collections or if you have any questions follow Amy on facebook
